Mission

Housing Homeless Families

Objectives

  1. To provide a range of housing and support services for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness these services are;
    • Client centered and outcomes focused
    • Strengths based ‘whatever it takes’ and ‘housing first’ approach
    • Support that is practical and non-therapeutic that is outcomes focused
    • Case Management that is based on client needs and works towards positive housing outcomes.
  1. To work with other services in a co-operative and coordinated manner to provide an integrated response to homelessness.
  2. To advocate on behalf of homeless families for real change.
  3. To ensure that staff are well trained and culturally & professionally competent.
  4. To ensure that FEAT services are accountable to all stakeholders.
